JUMEIRAH BEACH Jumeirah Beach also referred to as JBR is known for being one of the most luxurious places to stay in Dubai. This area has beautiful beaches, varying from beach clubs and bars to public beaches and outdoor areas which include cinemas. The beachfront in JBR has a walkway and an outdoor area known as The Walk with several shopping areas, dining options, and bars. Jumeriah Beach has a large number of attractions including water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, a water park, or for the more adventurous helicopter, seaplane rides, or skydiving. JBR has easy transport links to the rest of the city with good roads and metro links to other sites in the city. JBR is made mainly of high rise buildings which are luxury hotels with great sea views. Jumeirah Beach has a large number of accommodation options from luxury hotels to smaller boutique hotels. This is the best place to stay in dubai for 2 nights and the best location to stay in dubai. Dubai Creek and Deira are completely different from everywhere else in the city, this area is a reminder of what Dubai once was. In Dubai Creek, you can also take a boat trip or the ferry across the water to experience the city from the water. While Deira doesn’t boast the luxury accommodation other areas of Dubai do there are still great hotels and places to stay there, many of which are more affordable than other areas of the city. The mall has exclusive shops and next to it is the nightlife and restaurant hub of Pier 7, which is floors of different bars and restaurants all offering breathtaking views out over the marina. Dubai Marina is surrounded by skyscrapers and tall buildings which make for great views. In addition to this Dubai Marina has a 7km walking path where visitors can walk around the marina as they wish. This area is great for water sports and renting boats, but has a quieter ambiance and less crowded feel than other areas of the city. The Palm is three artificial islands located off the coast of Jumeriah. These islands were finished in 2007, and the islands are in the shape of a palm tree surrounded by a crescent. The islands have added over 520km of beachfront to the city along with exclusive hotels and properties. The islands have a road network running through the middle of them and a metro system, connected and the mainland by bridges and tunnels.
